European Union

Our prices have displayed all taxes included for orders to European Union countries.

Countries outside European Union

For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to any taxes and customs duties of the country of destination.
These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase.

In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, STRIPLINK reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of shipping costs once the package is back in its warehouse.

United Kingdom

Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/150 are now subject to all destination country taxes and customs.
Non-EU country charges and formalities apply, and are the responsibility of the customer/ recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all government taxes, administration fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, STRIPLINK reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of shipping costs once the package is back in its warehouse.

What are the delivery methods offered?
STRIPLINK offers the following delivery options:
- UPS Standard for European orders
- UPS Expedited for international orders

What are the delivery times?
Once your payment has been confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address. This delay is variable depending on the shipping method and the location of the delivery.

UPS Standard : one to five days
UPS Expedited : three to eighteen days

However delivery may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance of each parcel entering the UK.

Please note: Due to the Brexit, all UK orders above 135£/150are now subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination.
These costs and the related formalities are at the expense of the customer/consignee.

Warning: In case of delivery to CTOMs and internationally, administrative and customs charges may be applied by the carrier. These costs and the related formalities are to be borne by the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.
You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after the dispatch of your order.

How to track my package?
You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number. Go directly to UPS, then communicate your tracking number to the "Track a package" tab.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?
Your personal account STRIPLINK allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.
(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).

I’ve received the wrong item or an item is missing
If you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact Customer Service via this link: contact us.

Please attach to your message your order number, photos of your parcel and photos of the items received.

Why is my parcel in « return to sender » status?
A package may have been returned to our warehouse (« return to sender ») for several reasons:

The carrier did not have enough information to deliver your package The delivery address was incorrect
The recipient does not live at the address indicated
Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties
- Technical errors preventing delivery of your parcel

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will reimburse you within 5 to 10 working days except in the event of refusal to pay taxes and customs duties.

Orders to countries outside the European Union: if the recipient refuses delivery of the package, STRIPLINK reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of shipping costs once the package is back in its warehouse.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or military bases.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What are the conditions to make a return?
Pursuant to Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal from STRIPLINK, without having to give reasons for their decision.
However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the sale of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, according to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie items and in accordance with applicable laws, we regret to inform our customers that we are unable to accept returns on products once the package has been unsealed or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, as well as to comply with hygiene standards and regulations governing the sale of intimate apparel. We recommend carefully reviewing product details, sizing information, and consulting our customer service team prior to making a purchase to ensure complete satisfaction with your order. Unless the product is defective or the wrong item or size was received, and such claims must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order, accompanied by photographic evidence, in adherence to our terms and conditions.

In the case of an order for several products delivered separately, the deadline shall run from the receipt of the last product.

How to proceed to an exchange?
We do not o
ffer regular exchanges on our website.
If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order on our e-shop.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
We make refunds. Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of first presentation of the package to inform us of your wish to return. Once we have received your return notice, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item(s) to us.
If you do not inform us about your wish of return, you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of first presentation of the package to return it.

Any package that has been unsealed will not be refunded.

If you make the request and provide the return on time, your order in its original unsealed packaging, STRIPLINK can refund your order. In this case, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

How to get the refund/have my order returned?
The processing time for a return after receipt in our o
ffice is 5 working days. Provided that the above return condition is met:

If you have requested a refund, this will be made within 14 days of receipt and processing by STRIPLINK of the returned item.

You will receive a notification of reimbursement/credit by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.

Who pays for the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to return a European order?
We will only accept items returned within 15 days, unworn and in their original packaging. You can return your item directly to this address:

How to return an international order?

We will only accept items returned within 15 days, in their original unsealed packaging.

1. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your parcels
2. Delete the phrase « Sale of goods »
3. Check the « Return Merchandise » box
4. Put the document back in the transparent pouch
5. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C".
STRIPLINK reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.
